Arkansas Real Estate License Law requires seven (7) classroom hours of prescribed instruction to renew Agents and Brokers licenses each year.

2024 CONTINUING EDUCATION Has 2 options for the REQUIRED TOPIC
Confused?! We understand. We, at National will help you get into the right class for your license type.
All Liscensees must have 1 hr of Personal Safety.
What if I need to REACTIVATE?
The rules indicate that you must make up CE for each year you were INACTIVE up to a MAXIMUM of 30hrs.
If any topics were required during the years you missed (such as 2022 and 2023) you will need that specific class .
If you were never required to take the POST SALES or POST BROKER class when originally liscensed, you most likely will be required to get those topics.
Theses hours DO NOT include the current 2024 Required renewal. Those are taken in ADDITION to your REACTIVATION hours.
Note that the AREC can require a specific set of topics depending on the length of time you were in active and if you lapsed in your fees. It is always best to confirm with the AREC.

Weekend : 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

NOTE the TITLE of the Class on the schedule. The TITLE will contain:
AGENT / BROKER / REACTIVATION 6hr /REACTIVATION 18HR / REACTIVATION 30hr
