30 Hour Post-License Broker Course

The 30 Hour Post-License Course is the next course requirement in your professional development.


Although the AREC allows 6 months from the date of activating your new license to complete this course, at National , recommend you complete this course as soon as possible after passing your exam.

This course is designed to prepare you to implement the knowledge  tools and  skills you’ve  just acquired.  Through hands-on examples of real Broker duties,  role playing, our course offers a comprehensive overview of the elements required to have a solid foundation with AREC regulation and the elements of a successful brokerage.

National provides the necessary all course and review material,

You will need  a WIFI enabled device for quizzes and online participation

  1. Weekday : * 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  2. Weekend: * 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  3. AREC does not allow the duplication of credit. This class does not fullfil CE and Post requirements at the same time . It will be coded as Post Licensure requirement only

    *The classes normally run on consecutive days unless otherwise stated.

    Congratulations! You’ve completed the last step to finalize your Brokers License. Now you’re ready to launch your next phase of your real estate career. As an Arkansas Broker, you’ll be required to complete  Continuing Education.  Make a plan now! You’ll need at least 7 hours per year.
